The main content in this work goes from the serial of digital prints called “ Lucky Couples “ related to the deconstruction of the forming process of own and collective fantasies as well, about love and happiness which are became well known stereotypes by the influence of the field of mass media (movies, commercials and magazines).

 

Maja Rakočević Cvijanov (1975) has graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. She was one of the founder of dez.org. association in Belgrade In her work deals with the self-reflexive questioning of women’s identity role, criticizing negative phenomena in society, personal relationship to the process of change.  She lives and works in Subotica.
