This work expresses the artist’s motto in life and work. It makes it an inscription as a parole, shout or definition. The letters are made of glass tubes filled with blue ink.

 

Jan Fabre (1958) graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Antwerp. He is well known both at home and abroad as one of the most innovative and versatile artists of his day. Over the past 30 years, he has produced works as a visual artist and playwright. Fabre is renowned for expanding the horizons of every genre to which he applies his artistic vision.
